We have 2 small children, 3 and 6 years, who love Bufo and the entertainment. We all love the swimming pool, the nice beach an old town Alcudia. All personal, reception staff, entertainment crew, restaurant personal and also cleaning people are very friendly. Big compliment to the staff! what we did find after our 3rd stay is that the a-la carte menu has not changed. We like to eat a-la carte at terras so that we can eat and the children don't have to miss the Bufo show. We are considering to return next year. Thanks for a great holiday! We would like to thank all the staff at the hotel and congratulate them all ( from the reception, the cooks, maids, and the technical team including the ground staff. We would especially like you to personally thank Daniel and his team of entertainers, (Linnea,Judith,Roberto and Markus) for the entertainment and professionalism they showed throughout our entire stay. This team tirelessly kept us entertained and it was an honour and privelage to meet them. We are looking to return and there is now only one hotel we are interested in booking into. In september 2007 and again in september 2007. We think it is an amazing hotel for families with small children! Especially the new splash pool area - fantastic! We are pretty sure that we will return a third time. For several reason. Great hotel, good service and our children love BUFO.
